With over 20 years of experience in structured finance, private equity, and alternative asset management, Jean-Baptiste Pauchard oversees the group's investment strategy across all its entities. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside globally recognised financial institutions - including UBS, LGT, JPMorgan, and Société Générale - structuring tailored investment solutions for institutional investors, family offices, and private banks. He has led the structuring and development of multiple investment vehicles: large-scale structured real estate vehicles, regulated alternative investment funds, bespoke structured notes issued in partnership with tier-one investment banks, and secured bond programmes. He has also led the structuring of significant cross-border joint ventures involving international sovereign-linked counterparties, including a transaction subsequently acquired by a Fortune 500 global entertainment group. These transactions represent an aggregate volume in excess of €800 million. His core focus at Quantum Origine Group is the structuring of investments across luxury real estate, high-end hospitality, and heritage assets - delivering tailored, performance-driven solutions for complex, high-value transactions.
